MADSEN Midimate 622 Diagnostic Audiometers

The Midimate diagnostic audiometer is a model of simplicity, and yet it features more operations in its compact frame than many audiometers twice its size.

- Air and Bone Conduction with continuous, pulsed and warble tones
- Contralateral masking with narrow band, speech or white noise
- Ipsilateral masking and binaural stimulus and masking (622 only)
- S.I.S.I., Fowler (ABLB), Rainville and Stenger Tests
- Ranges: 125 to 8,000 Hz, -10 to 125 dB
- Printout on external printer or Zodiac 901
- Audi-Link data transfer to NOAH
Compact and lightweight - for use in the office or on the road
The Midimate is ideal for routine testing featuring a multilingual menu-driven display, four special tests, complete patient communication and monitoring system, NOAH compatibility, and external audiogram printout. In addition, up to five user-programmable test setups can be preset, and activated with the press of a single button.
Weighing just 19 pounds (8½ kg) in the optional hard-walled carrying case, the Midimate is genuinely portable.
Connectivity for today’s computerized practice
The Midimate is equipped with an RS232C serial data interface for printout or for connection to a PC. When connected to a desktop printer - or to the Zodiac Middle-Ear Analyzer - you can directly print out your audiogram without a PC.
The optional Audi-Link program lets you transfer audiometric data directly from Midimate to a PC with the NOAH patient database installed.
Available in two versions
Both versions of the Midimate have the same compact footprint, but differ in features. The Midimate 622 offers these additional capabilities:
- Printout of audiogram
- Ipsilateral masking
- Binaural stimulus and masking (routing of stimulus and masking to both ears)
