The caloric irrigation test is a means of discovering the degree to which the vestibular system is responsive and is the key element in the VNG/ENG test battery. Our caloric irrigators stimulate the ear canal by two different means:
- Air Caloric Irrigator uses air to stimulate the ear canal with air for vestibular testing and is utilized with a VNG/ENG system.
- Water Caloric Irrigator uses water to stimulate the ear canal for vestibular testing and is utilized with a VNG/ENG system.
